How Babio works

With Babio, you can create a bespoke profile for your baby, filled with cherished milestones that will never be lost. The app provides unlimited storage, giving you peace of mind knowing that all your special moments are safely stored.

But Babio is more than just a storage app. It’s a versatile design tool that lets you easily edit and enhance your photos. Use the built-in editor for detailed adjustments or add a fun twist with unique stickers and announcement badges. Choose from a wide array of customizable templates to make your memories truly your own.

What can be found in Babio

  • Baby profile

First, create a profile for your baby. You can create multiple profiles for as many babies as you want. Each baby has a separate profile with its own customizations and storage, preventing memory mix-ups.

Location:

  1. Tap the Baby icon at the top right.
  2. My babies section opens. Here, you can create, manage, and switch between your baby profiles.

Features and Functions:

  • Create Baby's profile
  1. Tap on the +Add a baby.
  2. The About my baby screen opens.
  3. Tap Add photo and upload it from your device, files, or use the camera.
  4. Fill in the baby's name, date of birth, and gender.
  5. Select color profile - blie, red, organge.
  6. Tap on the Create button.
  • Change a Profile Photo
  1. Tap on the created baby profile.
  2. The About my baby screen opens.
  3. Tap the X icon next to the added photo to remove it. 
  4. Tap Add photo and upload it from your device, files, or use the camera.

  • Personalize App Color

The profile color automatically changes the color of the entire app.

  1. Tap on the created baby profile.
  2. The About my baby tab opens.
  3. In the Select color profile, choose from blue, pink, or orange.
  4. Tap Update at the bottom.

  • Delete Baby Profile

  1. Tap the ... icon on the wanted baby profile.
  2. The Baby Options opens.
  3. Tap Delete Profile and confirm.

  • Create Another Baby Profile

  1. Tap + Add a baby at the bottom.
  2. Fill in the details about your baby.
  3. Tap Create.

  • Switch Between Baby Profiles

  1. Tap the ... icon on the wanted baby profile.
  2. The Baby Options opens.
  3. Tap Select Profile and confirm.
  4. All photos in the My Memories wall will now reflect the selected baby's profile.

 

  • My Memories

The heart of Babio is the My Memories wall, accessible via the Memories tab in the bottom navigation bar. This is where all of your baby's photos are stored.

The My Memories wall include:

  • My First Book
  • Milestone Albums
  • Photo Memories
  • Photo Collections

 

  • My First Book

My First Book features customizable milestone albums where each album can have multiple photo memories.

Location:

  1. Tap on the Memories tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Your My Memories wall opens.
  3. Tap on the My First Book album with the teddy icon to open it.

Features and Functions:

  • Create a New Milestone Album

  1. Tap the + Add Custom icon on the left.
  2. Enter the name of the album or choose from the predefined names.
  3. Tap the Add Album button to create it.

  • Rename Milestone Album

  1. Open the Milestone Album.
  2. Tap the ... icon at the top right.
  3. In the Options, tap Change Name.
  4. Enter a new name or choose from the predefined names and tap the bottom Change Name button.

  • Delete Milestone Album

  1. Open the Milestone Album.
  2. Tap the ... icon at the top right.
  3. In the Options, tap Delete Album and confirm.
  • Upload Photos to a Milestone Album
  1. Open the existing Milestone Album.
  2. Tap the + icon at the bottom right.
  3. Upload photos from your photos, files or use camera.

  • Browse the Milestone Photos

  1. Open the existing Milestone Album.
  2. Tap any photo memory.
  3. Swipe left or right, or use the <- and -> icons at the bottom to navigate.

  • Add Details to the Milestone Photos

  1. Open the existing Milestone Album.
  2. Tap on the photo memory.
  3. Tap Add Details at the bottom right.
  4. Select a date, type notes, then tap the bottom Save button.

  • Share the Milestone Photos

  1. Open the existing Milestone Album.
  2. Tap on the photo memory.
  3. Tap the Share icon at the top left.
  4. Choose the app you want to share the memory with, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger.

  • Move the Milestone Photos

  1. Open the existing Milestone Album.
  2. Tap on the photo memory.
  3. Tap the ... icon at the bottom left.
  4. Select Move Memory and then choose the new location.

  • Delete Milestone Photos

  1. Open the existing Milestone Album.
  2. Tap the photo memory.
  3. Tap the ... icon at the bottom left.
  4. Select Delete Memory from the Options and confirm.

 

  • Collections

You can create various photo collections that hold an optional number of photos.

Location:

  1. Tap on the Memories tab from the bottom navigation bar.
  2. My Memories wall opens.
  3. You will find your Collections with a title label at the bottom.

Features and Functions:

  • Create a New Collection
  1. Tap on the left + Add section.
  2. Tap on Collection.
  3. Tap on the top left Edit.
  4. Change the name by rewriting the text in the top Collection column.
  5. Tap Add header photo to change the collection header photo.
  6. Tap on the Types notes here ... field to add notes. The Notes will then be displayed in the Collection preview right under the header photo.
  7. Tap the bottom Save.
  • Change the Name of a Collection
  1. Tap on the existing Collection in My Memories.
  2. Tap on the top left Edit.
  3. Change the name in the top text column.
  4. Tap on the bottom Save.
  • Change the Cover Photo of a Collection
  1. Tap on the existing Collection in My Memories.
  2. Tap on the top left Edit.
  3. Tap on the middle Change header photo and select Remove current photo.
  4. Tap Add header photo and upload a new image.
  5. Tap on the bottom Save.
  • Add Photos to a Collection
  1. Tap on the existing Collection in My Memories.
  2. Tap on the bottom right + and upload photos from your library, files or use a camera.
  • Share Collection
  1. Tap on the specific Collection in My Memories.
  2. Tap on the top left Share icon.
  3. The Share Collection screen opens. Choose Photos.
  4. Choose the location where you want to share the Collection.
  • Share Collection as a Zip File
  1. Tap on the specific Collection in My Memories.
  2. Tap on the top left Share icon.
  3. The Share Collection screen opens. Choose Zip File.
  4. Choose the location where you want to share the Collection as a Zip File.

 

  • Photo Memory

My Memories wall can hold single photo memories.

Location:

  1. Tap on the Memories tab from the bottom navigation bar.
  2. My Memories wall opens.
  3. Here, you will find your single photo memories.

Features and Functions:

  • Create a Photo Memory
  1. Tap on the left + Add section.
  2. Tap on Photo.
  3. Upload the photo memory from your library, files or use a camera.
  • Add Details to a Photo Memory
  1. Tap on the existing photo memory.
  2. Tap on the Add Details button.
  3. Select a date and type notes.
  4. Tap on the bottom Save.

  • Move a Photo Memory

  1. Tap on the existing photo memory.
  2. Tap on the bottom left ... icon.
  3. The Options section opens.
  4. Tap on Move Memory.
  5. Choose the location where you want to move the photo and tap on it.
  • Delete a Photo Memory
  1. Tap on the existing photo memory.
  2. Tap on the bottom left ... icon.
  3. The Options opens.
  4. Tap on the red Delete Memory and confirm.
  • Share a Photo Memory
  1. Tap on the existing photo photo memory.
  2. Tap on the top left Share icon.
  3. Choose from the wide range of options to share to Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or any app installed on your device.
  • Edit and Personalize a Photo Memory
  1. Tap on the existing photo memory.
  2. Tap the button Open in Editor.
  3. Start editing.
  4. Save the edited photo by tapping on the top right Share icon.

 

  • Photo Viewer and Editor

Any photo memory placed in My Memories opens with the Photo Viewer. From here, you can open the photo in the Editor and edit it according to your taste.

Location:

  1. Tap on any photo.
  2. Photo Viewer opens.
  3. Tap on the Open in the Editor button.
  4. The Editor opens. You can start editing.
  5. Save the editet photo by tapping on the Share icon at the top right.

 

  • Customizable Templates

Babio offers a wide range of adorable customizable templates. You don't have to be a pro to create lovely photo memories for your baby. Thanks to these templates, you can make special memories with a few simple taps with the use of Babio's Editor.
